We fixed deliverability issues by authenticating the sending domain and improving segmentation so campaigns reached the inbox again.
Next, I redesigned the popup offer to increase signups, and built a new welcome flow that turned first-time subscribers into first-time buyers.
From there, we expanded the account with six additional automated flows that built trust, encouraged repeat purchases, and brought structure to their email strategy.
Every change was tested and refined with data, creating a system that now runs smoothly and consistently drives results.
